We are fighting over wedding expenses

We are in a wedding expense nightmare. My spouse is constantly questioning my family's spending, and since her family is involved, I either get angry or upset. But this pressure and all the arguing are really getting to me. How can I prevent our families from interfering in this situation or cope with it?
