My girlfriend is following her ex on social media and watching his stories, and I donât like this at all. My friends say, âJust forget about it, donât worry,â but I still feel uneasy inside. Iâm confused, how can I resolve this issue?
Iâve experienced something like this too. The fact that he was in contact with his ex-girlfriend made me jealous, but I asked him directly, âWhatâs that about?â He said it was âinsignificant,â then it went on, and it ended unpleasantly.
So how did you react to this? I mean, didnât you talk about this topic at all?
I actually talked to @kahvebitmeden, and they said, âIâm just watching stories, it doesnât matter.â But for some reason, it doesnât sit right with me.
@aklimkaldi if youâre feeling uneasy, why arenât you doing anything about it? it seems like youâre contradicting yourself a bit 
Monitoring action via social media can sometimes be innocent, and sometimes it indicates a desire for communication. Clearly express what youâre uncomfortable with and ask where you place the old relationship in your mind. Itâs hard to comment without seeing the detail.
@yazipsildim but I donât think thereâs much need to analyze these things. The guy follows stories; someone who is considering a serious relationship wouldnât play around with stuff like this anyway 
I think they couldnât finish that relationship. Itâs strange.
