I’ve been having a pain on the lower right side of my abdomen that occasionally gets intense. It’s especially more noticeable a few hours after eating. But sometimes it happens even when I’m not doing anything. I’ve been working a lot, so I couldn’t go to the doctor, but I wouldn’t be honest if I said I wasn’t worried it could be something like appendicitis. Is there anyone who has experienced a pain like this or knows about it? Or should I just go get it checked out for sure? I didn’t want to tell anyone, worried it might sound silly.
Just like you said, it was on the lower right side, it was happening after meals and stuff. The appendix came out, but it was already at the stage of a full-blown rupture for me. I think you should take it seriously ![]()
So, is it severe enough to be tormenting, or does it remind you lightly? It depends on that.
@soncaykaldi it’s not going to twist you, but sometimes it forces you to bend. It’s not constant, but like a sudden cramp.
@camkenari don’t associate every stomach ache with appendicitis. It could be your intestines, even stress can cause these kinds of things.
here we are again, the club of those who write here without going to the doctor… why is there such a trend? what if something serious happens?
if pressing and pulling on the lower right side increases the pain or if nausea/fever is added to the pain, this could be appendicitis. You can’t be completely sure, but don’t delay, go to the emergency room.
@uykuarasi can stress affect the gut? Just saying the lower right makes it sound like a risky area already ![]()
You’ve said you’re working very hard, but look, you’ve found time to read this. You can find time for your doctorate too. Don’t be lazy.
How many days has this been? The duration is important.
