I can't find the motivation to lose weight

I want to lose weight continuously, but I can never stick to it. Every day I start a new diet, but after a week, I fall off the wagon. My family is also putting pressure on me, and I expect to get little bits of motivation from them as well. What should I do?

dude, that whole “meeting with your eyes” thing is really silly, what’s that about?

I was in the same cycle for a long time, but I started working with a dietitian and established a routine. I also worried less about external pressures.

You said you’d break it in a week, so are you on a really strict diet?

@yazipsildim yes, I think I’m cutting a bit too much, it feels like I’m going hungry :grimacing:

Not everyone can go to a dietitian before having coffee. Please don’t make such generalizations.

Your diets may not be suitable for you. Visiting a dietitian to learn your daily calorie and macro needs makes things easier. Don’t start with high stress; it will be more sustainable.
