He was literally talking to me from 10 centimeters away, and I felt uncomfortable. Is this normal behavior, or has a boundary been crossed? this closeness happened to me too. my former boss used to speak like this seriously, I could feel everything that came out of his mouth on my face. I warned him, he improved for a while but then it started again. it's very disturbing.

I think you overreacted. Okay, it might have been uncomfortable, but you could have expressed your discomfort while staying professional. Saying it crossed a boundary right away feels like an exaggeration to me.
@kahvemkalmadi Should they really say something to the boss’s face? They could even get fired. Most people can’t say anything anyway because they don’t want to lose their job.
In such situations, it may be important to talk to HR. It is your right to voice something that makes you uncomfortable at work. Of course, could it cause trouble for you? That's a different matter.
