My hair has started to fall out excessively and I'm afraid of going bald

My hair has been literally falling out in handfuls for the last two months; I’m scared to go into the bathroom, honestly, everywhere is covered in hair. I had my blood values checked, but nothing came up, yet the hair loss doesn’t stop. I’m honestly scared that I’m going to be bald on top. Should I use some kind of oil mixture, or should I just wait and see if it gets better on its own? Give me some advice.

I really went through the same thing, I swear that drain in the bathroom getting clogged with hair literally makes you want to cry. My blood values were perfectly normal too, but it turned out to be stress-related. I wouldn’t apply any oils or anything without seeing a dermatologist first.

Hair shedding in seasonal transitions is completely normal, so don’t worry about going bald right away. If your blood values are normal, that shedding should resolve itself in a month or two.
