My boyfriend was at my place last night, but I found out he woke up at his mom's house this morning. After hearing this, I got really upset; honestly, I've been thinking about it a lot. It stresses me out that he spends so much time with her, like he’s completely dependent on her. Do you think this is normal?
There are definitely people who can sense things like this beforehand. My ex used to run to her mom all the time. At first I thought, 'why is that?' but then I found out she was telling her everything. Just ask clearly 😮💨
For example, how long has it been like this? Did he just start staying up with his mother in the mornings or has it always been like this?
@kahvebitmeden this isn't actually the first time, he’s done it a few times before but it didn’t turn out exactly as he said. my mom is also a bit too protective, so it seems like she’s caught in between 🙄
So @aklimkaldi, I'm sorry, but why are you accepting this excuse? How old are people, saying things like 'I spent the night with my mom' feels ridiculous to me. Just face it directly.
I think you need to speak about this calmly and directly. If you keep turning back to his mother, you won't be able to establish a healthy relationship; make him feel this. But before making any definitive judgment, sit down and have a conversation.

Was there ever a discrepancy between what your partner said and what your mother or someone else saw? Also, are you sure you were there in the morning, or did they just say that? If there's something else being hidden, it'll come out eventually.
