My girlfriend asked for a loan but keeps spending money

I had a similar thing happen to me; my ex used to ask me for money saying, 'I'm in a really tight spot,' and then she would go shopping at stupid brands. I told her that straightforwardly, she didn't like it much, but at least my money stayed in my pocket. I think you should just speak directly too.
