My girlfriend threw laughter at him, and I was left there stunned

We were sitting in a café with my friend group, chatting. Everyone was having a good time, but at some point, my girlfriend started making jokes and laughing continuously with another girl in the group. There was such an energy between them that I felt almost invisible while watching silently. I didn’t want to blow the situation out of proportion, but honestly, it was eating me up inside. Do you think I should bring this up, or is this just something I'm blowing out of proportion in my head?

I think this should be talked about. Okay, maybe everyone was joking around in the group, but you felt uncomfortable. Just express your feelings directly, don't let them fester inside.

@aklimkaldi then why did you stay silent before? If you don't speak clearly, this can keep happening. If you just sit back and watch, it's obvious that it will continue.

It's probably something done unconsciously, but you should be clear and cut it off. It's not jealousy, it's a matter of respect. Just say, 'I'm uncomfortable,' and see their reaction.
