Is asking for my girlfriend's phone password a trust issue?

We've been together for six months now, but I still don't know his password, and he doesn't know mine either. The other day, when I was next to him, I wanted to look at something, but my phone was out of battery, and he wouldn't let me use his. He seemed a bit tense. Honestly, a little voice in my head is saying maybe he's hiding something. Do you think I should ask him about it, or is this a trust issue? I mean, some people say everyone has their privacy, but to me, it feels a bit strange. What do you think, is this normal?

I experienced the same thing, I literally found conversations with someone else. The fact that it didn't provide anything when the battery died is proof that they are hiding something. Seriously, I think you should ask for that password and take a look 🙂

Actually, this is a very common situation, you know? So don't think that they are hiding something right away. They might just be feeling tense or maybe they just don't want their messages to be read. Honestly, six months isn't really that long of a time anyway. 😅
