I feel constantly weak but I'm afraid to get tested

I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued lately; it’s like I have no energy at all. I don’t know if my blood values are low or if it’s a vitamin deficiency, but I’m afraid to get tested in case something serious comes up. Sometimes I think it might just be due to tiredness and I wait it out. Do you think it’s a mistake to wait this long?

I’ve been through the same thing; there was a time when I couldn’t even get out of bed in the morning. It turns out I had a deficiency in vitamin D and iron. It showed up when I got a blood test, and I got better with simple supplements. Don’t worry, I don’t think it’s anything serious.

I think you should go directly to the emergency department. They will guide you anyway, and they’ll check your blood test. They might also ask about whether you’ve eaten or not, so you should find that out before going.

There are always these fears in society, right? But I think we shouldn’t make a big deal out of going to the doctor, because everyone gets sick one day. The issue is health, forget about the gossip, everyone eventually goes to the doctor.

I experienced the same thing last school term; I was dragging myself to class in the mornings. A blood test was done, and mild anemia was found. I think you shouldn’t hesitate either; results come out in just 1 day now, so there’s nothing to be afraid of.

This is actually a very common situation. Usually, workload, stress, or even lack of sleep can cause it. Of course, there’s a good chance it might be due to a vitamin deficiency, but a blood test wouldn’t hurt.

Feeling so low on energy really weighs you down. You wake up in the morning and feel like the day is over before it even starts. It’s not like something bad has to happen; getting tested might just ease your mind.

How long has this been going on? Are you always tired, or do you have good days in between? Also, how’s your diet? Do you eat regular meals? These things can affect it too.

There could be something else going on for you here; are you experiencing stress or something like that? Because sometimes a person feels psychologically drained but can’t even tell themselves.

Sweetheart, there’s no benefit in being scared; you won’t lose anything by going to the doctor. If my daughter were in your place, she would do what I say: just make the appointment and don’t suffer. It could be just a simple deficiency, so don’t neglect it.
