I have ruined a few pairs of new underwear while on my period. Especially, I’m not comfortable using light-colored underwear anymore. But even when I wear dark colors, I still feel bad about it. During this time, do you prefer different underwear or do you stick to what you normally wear? Also, do you think this situation affects my self-confidence?
When I'm on my period, I usually prefer black or dark-colored underwear. I feel bad in light colors because there's always a stain and it ruins my mood. Plus, wearing comfortable underwear during that time is really important; I avoid tight things.
I've basically saved my old or immune underwear for this season. So I've completely stopped using new or special lingerie. Also, it's important to wash the underwear immediately with cold water; stains won’t remain 😬
