I found out I am secretly pregnant from my family

I'm really in shock right now and I don't even know what to write, but I just took a test and it was positive. My boyfriend and I were on the verge of breaking up, and if my family finds out, they would never forgive me, I mean, there's still two years left until I finish school. I can't tell if the pain in my stomach is from stress or something else, and I can't talk to anyone about it. I have no idea what I should do.

I experienced the same thing; when I had those double lines, I was literally devastated. That abdominal pain is definitely due to stress, I've had it too. You should go to the hospital as soon as possible and get some blood work done.

When one sees the double lines, their hands and feet start to shake all of a sudden; they completely lose track of what to do instead of thinking about school and such. Learning something like this at the stage of separation is literally like a nightmare.
