While I was saying that our families would meet and sort everything out with my fiancée, my mom sent a gold jewelry list to her mother without even telling me. I feel like marriage is entirely based on material needs. My fiancée seems a bit uncomfortable with the situation but hasn’t said anything to me. I don’t know how to set boundaries with my mom.
