I bought a pregnancy test from the pharmacy because my period is two weeks late. I hid it in my bag, thinking Iād look at it when I got home. But my friend accidentally saw it while rummaging through my bag. At first, she just looked at me and said nothing, but then she beat around the bush and said, āWhat will you do if your mom finds out about this?ā In other words, sheās threatening to say it outright. There could be someone who tells her, but if my mom hears about it, I will be ruined. This is the first time Iām in such a situation and I donāt know what to do.

7Oh, that friend has crossed the line, whatās with the threats? No one has the right to go through someone elseās bag. If thereās an issue between you and your mom, thatās one thing, but your friend just seems like a gossiper.
Iāve experienced this, my friend didnāt tell my mom but talked behind my back. To top it off, they said, āI protected you.ā I think you should stay away from people like this; theyāll sell you out at the first opportunity 
How old are you? Why do you care so much about your mother? I mean, sure, family is important, but you donāt have to know everything.
@iki_dakika Iām 19 years old. If my mom finds out, she might kick me out because sheās extremely strict. Iām already this stressed because itās my first relationship.
@aklimkaldi I understand your stress. But getting tested and checked is completely normal from a health perspective. Your motherās reaction may be different, so think calmly and talk at the right time.
@pazardandondum what kind of talk is that? If thereās this much risk of conflict with his mother, it wouldnāt make sense to talk. The friend issue is urgent; we need to find a solution for that first.
Iām going to say something, why is your friend mixing this up? Is there another tension between you two? A normal person wouldnāt act threateningly like this.
