I think you’re overreacting. After all, it’s his body; he can share it if he wants to. Why would it be wrong?

It’s strange that @aklimkaldi hasn’t responded, but if they’ve asked for support, their intentions aren’t bad; if they can handle criticism, then there’s no problem.
Having such a personal thing open to comments would make me think too. It’s nice that they seek support, but wouldn’t it be better if they checked the pulse a bit before sharing from the start? Negative comments can be draining on such private matters; do you think they’re in a position to handle that?
