My aunt's ridiculous comment during the holiday and what happened next

During the last holiday, the whole family gathered again, and my aunt officially said a ton of things about my weight and still being single in front of everyone, as if she were living a perfect life herself. It really takes me out of myself when she gives advice to others. My mom didn't say anything there either, and I honestly felt really alone at that moment. I really don't want to go back to that house anymore. Do you think I'm exaggerating, or should I set some distance?
