I went to the hairdresser today and asked for pure white hair. But the result turned out orange! I don’t even want to go outside, what should I do? Is there a way to fix this, or should I go somewhere else?
Orange? That’s a shame.
I wanted white too, but they made it gray. They fixed it on my second visit, but my hair got really damaged.
Did you officially say it was pure white at the hairdresser or could it have been platinum or something? ![]()
@yazipsildim Yes, I clearly said pure white. I even showed an example photo ![]()
I’m sorry, but if it didn’t happen, why didn’t you speak up there? What’s the benefit of complaining now?
I recommend using purple shampoo to neutralize the orange in your hair. Otherwise, you may need to go to another hairdresser to get it toned.
I don’t think this issue can be solved just with purple shampoo. The hairdresser might not have used the correct oxidizer while toning, or they might have lifted the color too much. If your hair isn’t too damaged, show it directly to a specialist; they can fix it, but if your hair can’t handle it, you might need to wait a bit.
