Is something like this even possible?

Last night I was with my girlfriend, but we didn’t use any protection. She said we are in the safe days according to the calendar, but honestly, I’m not feeling comfortable. I’m experiencing this kind of situation for the first time and I definitely have concerns. What do you think I should do?

To be honest, trusting the calendar is very risky in my opinion. A friend of mine had this happen to her. They said it would be fine on safe days, and then she got pregnant. I think you should get it checked just to be sure.

Didn’t you ever ask how many days until there would be a problem?

@cokdaseyapma actually I asked, but it seemed like they didn’t say anything 100% certain; it felt a bit evasive.

@makarnaoncesi that job doesn’t always work that way, the calendar method can be used if fertility is taken into account. Everyone is so eager to spread misinformation.

The calendar method is not very reliable because ovulation day can vary. The morning-after pill should be considered after unprotected intercourse, effective within a maximum of 72 hours. Still, for accurate information, consult a doctor.

@soncaykaldi yes, but the method is not completely safe either; decisions should be made with that awareness.
