Why is my skincare routine so irritating?

My friend’s comments really bother me while I’m doing skincare. I respect my own skin, but how should I deal with this situation, in your opinion?

Let me tell you, we men usually just look at the results of the skin and don’t get into the process too much. I don’t understand those who look down on you just because you take time for your skin. But they’ll always find some silly reason.

Why is your friend always messing with you? I think there’s something else going on here; are things going well between you two? :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

Buddy, that’s really bad, as if they’re constantly keeping an eye on you. I had a friend who was always distracting by messing with his teeth like that, it’s really distracting.

I know this is a silly question, but since you’re putting in the effort, why does it bother you? Seriously, there are more and more people who rudely meddle in things that others have worked hard on.

No one has the right to comment on your skin or skincare. Visual criticism only goes so far; there is such a thing as respect.

What kind of head is this?

@dedikoducu yeah, our relationship is weird. This isn’t the first time he’s done something like this; sometimes he really loses his sense of proportion, but I don’t want to say it in front of everyone :grimacing:

In the past, people used to respect each other’s personal space; it seems like this has been lost in today’s friendships.

You need to clearly ask if this is bothering you; if you keep silent and accumulate it, it will just go on.

Maybe they have a race in their mind with you, could it be a situation like jealousy? These kinds of reactions usually come from those who are not satisfied with themselves. But if it becomes excessive, take a step back, if they’re always testing the limits, that’s a problem.
