I don't know why I'm so anxious, but my spouse keeps checking their ex's stories and I find that really strange. During a conversation that day, I questioned why they still talked to their ex, but they didn't dwell on it much. Is it normal for me to be this anxious, or am I being too obsessive? How does this situation affect our marriage, and what do you think I should do?

Wasn't it a bit much to go after it so hard if it was opened by mistake? People can be curious about the past 😬

I think we need to sit down and talk openly. If you don't trust, this won't work anyway.
Don't make decisions without talking. It might just be a completely empty habit for that reason.
