Why is my spouse acting like this?

My spouse was like that too for a while. I found out they were sitting in the car for 2 hours after work; they said it was stress. Maybe your spouse has something similar going on due to work as well, I think you should try talking without putting pressure.

So when did he/she start doing this? Was it always this cold before, or has it just started recently?
