I’ve blocked him, but he keeps reaching out from other numbers. Honestly, my current company has a good relationship with him. Should I tell my acquaintances there about the situation, or would that just get me into trouble? I’m really scared.
I experienced the same thing; the guy had seriously become obsessed and even came to my workplace. I think you shouldn’t wait at all, just explain the situation to those acquaintances. It’s better than him making up a lie about you and getting you in trouble.
Actually, this is a very common situation, but if he gets along well with the new people, I think explaining it might backfire. I mean, I’m saying this so you don’t lose your job out of nowhere, and the acquaintances there might side with that guy, honestly, you would get really uneasy.
