Last month, I took a test but it came back negative. However, I still feel something inside me, like I might be pregnant. I’m keeping it a secret from my family because I’m afraid they would put a lot of pressure on me if I were to be pregnant. I don’t know what I should do.
if the result is negative, I don’t think there’s any need to prolong it, the test is clear-cut. You did it at the pharmacy too, I assume, so there shouldn’t be much margin for error.
I’ve experienced the same thing; I thought I was pregnant. Are you experiencing nausea and stuff? I later realized it was due to stress, so try to relax; it might be psychological.
So what are you thinking about, for example, are you wondering if the test is reliable or not?
@iki_dakika the test is reliable but I’m scared I did it too late, and I still haven’t gotten my period.
@makarnaoncesi I don’t think it’s reliable, by the way, not all the things you bought from that store are the same. Also, if you do it early, don’t make a mistake.
Pregnancy tests can sometimes yield negative results if done too early. If you get a blood test at the clinic, you’ll get a definitive result, and you won’t have any doubts.
@yazipsildim let’s say the test at the market was wrong, what will they do if the result comes out different? I think it’s hard to solve without talking to the family.
just do another test, don’t worry so much about it.
If the test result is negative but the period continues to be delayed, it could be a hormonal imbalance or another health issue. If the delays persist, it may be necessary to visit a gynecologist, where they can clarify the testing as well. Don’t rely solely on the test.
