similar thing happened to me. It doesn't work without a lawyer, I filed a lawsuit for notice and other receivables outside of my seniority. It was resolved in 1 year.

Let me ask the first question: what code is written on that termination document? Is it for arbitrary dismissal, performance, or termination? Check that first to see if it leaves room for a lawsuit. If it says something like code 29, that's a big problem, so act accordingly.
