I got sick, how should I reschedule my hair appointment?

I was looking forward to my appointment at the hairdresser for a week, but suddenly I got sick and couldn’t go. I feel bad, and I’m really sorry for canceling the appointment. I need to talk to my hairdresser, but I’m wondering what I should say.
