My sister liked my boyfriend's story

My relationship with my sister is usually good, but what I saw today didn't sit well with me. My girlfriend shared a story, and my sister commented with a heart emoji and wrote something short. My girlfriend replied nicely, but it felt really strange to me. Should I talk to my sister about this, or should I just let it go? How can I express that it bothered me?
