The hairdresser cut 10 cm too much, I want to cry

Today I went to the hairdresser for wedding preparations; I was going to show a model, but the hairdresser started cutting my hair however she liked. While I was waiting for her to fix it, I was literally in shock, my hair that used to be down to my waist is now at shoulder length. Moreover, there's only one month left until my wedding. I feel like I won't be able to handle my mother-in-law's criticism when she sees me. So do you think I should get extensions, or can I save the situation with a style?

I will never forgive the hairdresser who cuts too much, even if it's at a wedding, I'll just leave.

This happened to me, they chopped my hair two weeks before the wedding. I got extensions, nobody noticed but a ton of money went down the drain.

So why couldn't you show the model? You should have told me from the beginning.

@camkenari I actually told them the model, but they started cutting in saying 'this would be better,' I talked to them but they didn’t listen...

@yorumdedikodu then why didn't you just get up and leave? It's a wedding hairstyle after all, I wouldn't take such risks.

If you are going to get a hair extension done, do it 1 week before the wedding; an adjustment period may be needed. However, there are also beautiful styles that come out at shoulder length.

Instead of being upset that your mother-in-law is going to comment on your hair, you should have talked to the hairdresser properly and defended yourself. You've upset yourself for nothing here.

I think it's time to stop messing with your hair; a shoulder-length bun or something like that will do the trick. Don't bother adding more.
