If you're saying your period is heavy, just using a tampon might not be enough against leakage; you can try using a thin daily pad or period underwear for extra protection. Those kinds of products are discreet and can be a good solution against accidents 🫠

People have been imposing things like exams under the pretext of weddings for years. If you're so uncomfortable, why can't you just say no? I mean, what would happen if the mark was slightly visible?

@benbisorayim the special period outfit you mentioned can only be used with a tampon, right? I've heard it doesn't provide the same comfort as a pad. If the person in question feels more comfortable with a pad, it might not suit them at all.

When it comes to the topic of engagements, there's a problem in those places; everyone is fixated on aesthetic obligations. I don't think it needs to be exaggerated this much, don't go for a solution where you can't dance comfortably anyway 🙄
