I can't accept something like this. I went through something similar; I stayed silent in that moment and then felt angry at myself for two weeks. Go talk to him, but calmly. If he yells again, it'll be clear what he's after.

I think you are being too sensitive; there is an explanation for the phrase about sabotaging the job. You need to fully understand the situation before speaking definitively.
But my boss's terror makes everyone say 'just be quiet and move on', yet I think it's impossible to work in peace in such a relationship. No one should have to tolerate insults or shouting.
In corporate communication, the healthiest approach in such situations is to first try to talk privately. You can express that behaving calmly is not acceptable and that shouting is not a solution. You can also relay the situation to human resources in a soft manner.
