The boss blamed me in front of everyone at the meeting

After reviewing the report I prepared yesterday in the morning meeting, my boss pointed out my mistakes in front of everyone. He could have discussed such things privately, but he made it seem as if I was lacking attention. Am I being sensitive, or is this a boundary violation?

the same thing happened to me too, they suddenly accused me in front of everyone. I think they're trying to show off their power by doing that. afterwards, I went to his office and talked to him, I was right but of course he didn't apologize or anything 🫠

Has the patron done this before or is it the first time something like this has happened? If it's a recurring issue, you need to talk to them directly.

@iki_dakika it actually happened before, but it wasn't so obvious. The previous accusations were milder.

@makarnaoncesi how much did going to the room to talk actually help? I think the guy is just satisfying his ego.

this feels a bit like a "psychological superiority" test from the bosses. these topics are tough in the workplace, but personally asking why they did this might make sense. if there’s a flaw in the process, it would be more efficient to correct it as a team rather than blaming individuals.

I don't think you're sensitive, that's just the limit.
