There was someone like that at my old workplace too. They were always meddling in ridiculous things while watching on camera. I finally couldn't take it anymore and told them to their face that I was uncomfortable 🙄
How did you notice that you were being watched? Did they outright say that they were watching, or do you just feel it?
@kahvebitmeden didn't say it directly, but he keeps walking around the office and looking at my computer screen and such. He didn't used to do this as much before.
Why are you staying silent? Just say clearly that you're uncomfortable. The more you stay quiet, the more they will come at you.
