Patronus's bottom movement has become unbearable now

Patron is officially crossing boundaries in every conversation we have. At first, he was addressing me in a sisterly way, saying things like “Sweetie, dear.” Now his looks and jokes are very uncomfortable. If I go to HR to complain, I’m afraid of losing my job. But continuing like this is affecting my mental health. What should I do in this situation? Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Sweetheart, you really shouldn’t allow this

I had the same experience with my boss. He kept calling me ‘princess,’ at first you think it’s a joke, but things start to go in another direction. I went to HR, they were indirect at first, but in the end, they warned that guy. I stayed where I was, and after that incident, he became quite distant. Don’t be afraid, going to HR is a solution.

I really don’t understand, if you’re this disturbed, you either go to HR or look for another job. If you’re saying something like ‘I’m afraid of leaving,’ that’s also your choice. If you keep sitting around and putting up with it like this, it’s only going to get worse, clearly.

Look, this could completely cross into harassment territory at the workplace. HR procedures usually require you to report your discomfort in writing first. Even sending an email saying something like “I felt uncomfortable during the conversation” is important. If you leave something in writing, they can’t put you in a difficult position.

I must also mention that he generally behaves sincerely with everyone, but the things he does to me are clearly personal; everyone notices it. Yesterday, when he said something like ‘even the tiredness in your eyes is beautiful,’ I was about to lose my mind. The fact that he said something so openly left me with nothing to hold on to.

I feel like there’s a bit of foolishness going on, sorry. The guy is really acting flirtatiously, and you haven’t said anything even when he called you ‘sweetheart, darling.’ Are you feeling uncomfortable now? You should have set boundaries from the start.
