She doesn't care at all during her period

My spouse acts as if my menstrual period doesn’t matter at all when it comes. There’s no loving word or support. Is this normal, or is there a problem? I can’t seem to find the right time to talk about this.

my ex used to make brownies when I was on my period, being loving and all isn't that hard. I mean I don't think that's normal.

Was your partner always like this during her period? Or did she become this indifferent later on?

@soncaykaldi it actually has always been like this, but it felt like it used to be more understanding, I'm not so sure.

@kocatahta don't lynch the guy just because he hasn't made brownies. Everyone's expression of love can be different.

The menstrual period can be challenging for women both physiologically and psychologically. A supportive partner role is certainly important, but without direct communication, you might not be able to gauge how aware your partner is. Perhaps simply stating your expectations could make a difference.

I would have asked directly, why are you being so indifferent?

@ikidoktoru yes, but I don't think it should be that hard for the guy to understand this; should the woman keep explaining it all the time?
