I’ve recently started having irregular periods and it’s quite disturbing for me. But I’m scared to go to the gynecologist because I don’t know what to expect there. I’ve thought about it repeatedly before going in, but I still haven’t made a decision.

@aklimkaldi I think you’re exaggerating, it’s a medical situation, but you’re looking at it with unnecessary emotion.
You talk about privacy, but what will happen if you don’t go to the doctor out of anxiety and end up having bigger problems?
Before you go, ask what procedures they will perform. Especially prefer a female doctor so you can feel comfortable. Don’t delay.
