My lips are literally falling apart while using Roaccutane

I'm in my second month, but my face is really dry, like it hurts even when I smile. I'm using moisturizer, but it doesn't seem to help; honestly, it feels like I'm peeling everywhere. The doctor said it's normal, but the pain is scaring me, I'm wondering if I should stop using it or what to do.
