In business life, such transfers are usually strategic; companies don’t easily offer something like this. Ask your partner what they find “deceptive” clearly. Instead of “belittling,” they might be miscommunicating their concerns.
Are the conditions good, like the salary, benefits? Maybe your girlfriend finds the company unreliable; if by “they immediately deceive you” she means that, I can understand her doubts.
@bugun_degil but there’s something to consider: the phrase ‘such things easily deceive’ is quite dismissive, isn’t it? Even if the guy is anxious, I think he could have explained himself in a more proper way.

Do you know the details about the position offered to you? At what level and under what conditions? Sometimes people judge without knowing the subject, does he really have an idea? Clarify this. Maybe he is just talking nonsense.
