My mother-in-law shared the silicone test in the family group

Girls, before telling anyone, I took a test from the pharmacy to be sure. The second line is not very clear; it's quite faint. I showed it to my husband in the evening, and he, out of excitement, sent it to his mother, who, bless her, wrote in our family WhatsApp group, "I think there's a baby." There's no result from the doctor yet, and I have the fear of having experienced a chemical pregnancy before, so I don't want to get my hopes up too early. Now everyone is calling to congratulate me, and I've literally become the last person to hear about my own body. Am I overreacting to this?
