I have a cleaning obsession, but my roommate is the exact opposite and messy

I'm a really tidy person, I want everything to be in its place, but my roommate has literally taken piling up dishes in the kitchen as a hobby. I mean, cleaning the bathroom is out of the question; I've told them countless times, but I think they assume I'm joking. I'm really starting to feel nauseous, I can't keep going like this. Should I move out or what? I'm not sure what to do.
