My period is 10 days late but the test is coming back negative

So guys, I'm seriously losing my mind here. Normally, it never skips a beat, but it's been 10 days and still nothing. I took a test yesterday, and it came back negative, but I have this weird pain in my lower abdomen like I could be about to start my period any minute, yet I'm just not. My boyfriend and I were careful, but I can't help but think maybe something went wrong, and I can't sleep for worrying about it. Honestly, has anyone here gone through this and then found out they were pregnant?

You said you protected yourself, but what exactly does that mean? Did you use a condom or was it withdrawal? Depending on that, we might be able to consider some possibility.

It's been quite delayed for 10 days, but I used to experience that cramping even when I had a cyst, so not every cramp means pregnancy. Honestly, sometimes stress can cause it too.

"Don't bother with a urine test, sometimes it doesn't show up anyway. Just go directly to a hospital and get a beta HCG blood test done for a clear result."
