my period is 15 days late but the tests are all negative

My usually regular cycle has completely gone off track this month; it's been 15 days and I haven't had anything at all. I've taken pregnancy tests several times and they all come up negative, but I have extreme bloating and irritability. I wonder if a cyst has formed or if it's just something seasonal. Has anyone experienced this? I wanted to ask before going to the doctor.
