My mom says I shouldn’t use anything other than pads, that tampons are harmful and shameful. I don’t feel comfortable with pads; they restrict my movements. I want to use a tampon during my period, but I’m afraid my mom would freak out if she found out. Do you think it would be unfair to keep it a secret? Or is trying it my natural right?
