Is my Patronum regulation period excessive?

I got my period today and my boss asked me in a meeting with everyone around when I will be overcoming this situation. I was surprised and responded, wondering why he was questioning such a personal matter. But honestly, I still have a question in my mind like ‘Am I overreacting?’

What do you mean by that? Nonsense.

Did anyone else react during the meeting? Did everyone just stay quiet?

@kahvebitmeden everyone fell silent, no one said anything. the boss turned directly to me and asked.

@biseydiycem I think you shouldn’t just dismiss it as nonsense right away. If someone thinks their performance at work is being affected, there are people who see these kinds of questions as silly but normal.

this is just a direct violation of privacy. Questioning a personal health condition, especially one that is so private, in a public setting is not professional at all. It might be good to share this in writing with HR.

I’ve experienced something similar; they approach you in a mocking way just because you’re a woman. Next time, I’ll say try to set some boundaries kindly, but there’s trouble everywhere.

@yazipsildim is this what you call normal? come on, menstruation is a special situation, who is discussing performance? workplaces don’t want robots, they’re hiring people to work.
