Nose filler or surgery? I'm really unsure!

I think filler seems more reasonable. It's not really a risky thing after all, especially if you're trying something for the first time; it would be a lighter step. My cousin got it done, and it looks really natural. But it fades over time, just so you know.

Honestly, there is a very different difference between fillers and surgery. Fillers are only for minor shape corrections and are temporary. If you don't have specific health issues or a major aesthetic concern, fillers might be considered. But if you are going to correct obvious bone structure, surgery is necessary anyway. However, finding a good specialist for both is very important.
