They have copied the designs from my boutique page exactly.

The girls are really driving me crazy! For months, I've been struggling with my own handmade jewelry designs, and there's a page that has literally copied them exactly and started selling them for even less than I do. What's worse is that they have blocked me everywhere, but I saw the posts from my friend's account, and honestly, they even made the visuals really similar to mine. I reported it, but nothing came of it. It really hurts to see my hard work being stolen. What do you think I can do? Please guide me.

Honestly, don’t bother with the complaint button, nothing will come of it. You need to go straight to a lawyer and have them send a formal notice. That friend of yours needs to print out the similar images he saw and his own designs and go to a notary, otherwise they will keep selling it cheaply.

Actually, this is a very common situation in this boutique market; you can't really prevent the copying of handmade jewelry designs to a certain extent. You say they even copied the visuals, but that similarity doesn't yield much, honestly, you're just making things difficult for yourself.
