My wife fainted when she heard I'm pregnant!

Today I did a test and found out that I am pregnant. I immediately told my husband, but it was very hard for him to accept the situation. On one hand, we are happy, but on the other hand, there is a definite fear; I don’t know how we will get through this process together.

my spouse started crying as soon as she heard, things like this can have a shocking effect sometimes. They get used to it over time, don’t panic.

How many years have you been married? Is this your first child?

@kahvebitmeden We’ve been married for 3 years, yes it will be our first baby. I think that’s why she’s a bit more tense.

I think this is a bit too much of a scene. I can understand pregnancy shock, but actually fainting? Either tone it down or there’s something else going on.

men can feel emotionally confused during this process. If they see you in a panic, their anxiety may increase as well. If you have an experienced family elder nearby, gently talking to them can be helpful.

When you say “fainting,” are you referring to actually losing consciousness physically, or is it a metaphor? If you really fainted, you should get it checked out; it could be related to blood sugar or blood pressure. If you mean it metaphorically, then it’s a signal regarding the level of stress you’re experiencing; you need to manage the process in a calmer manner.
