My girlfriend keeps following her ex

My girlfriend constantly checking her ex-boyfriend's stories makes me really uncomfortable. Maybe this is just a healthy friendship, but it feels like something is breaking inside me. The fact that she seems completely unfazed by this situation frustrates me even more.
