Weird itching at the beginning of the meme, should I see a doctor?

I've been feeling a weird itch on my nipple for a few days now. Normally, I wouldn't think much of it, but there's also a slight flakiness. I'm embarrassed, honestly, should I go to a female doctor or a male doctor, I don't know what to do. I'm thinking about trying a cream at home, but what if it's something serious? Do you think I should go to the doctor right away or should I wait to see if it goes away?

I swear I had the same thing happen to me last year. It started with itching on the nipple, then it peeled like that. I tried a cream for about a week, put on vitamin E oil, but when it didn’t go away, I went to the doctor. It turned out to be eczema, and he prescribed a cream that cleared it up right away. I would recommend not putting it off.

Honestly, if there is some flaking there, it could simply be an allergy or a fungus, but you need to rule out other things as well. It's best to see a dermatologist directly. Don't worry about whether it's a male or female doctor, because their approach to the situation is completely professional. They might even conduct a skin test.

You should also ask this: do you play with it constantly with your hands or anything? Because I think sometimes when we touch it too much, it gets irritated. Before rushing to the doctor, take a look at your own behaviors.

Let me update you, I actually don't play very often, but I've been a bit tense lately, so I might have touched it without realizing. Today, there seemed to be a slight burning sensation, which increased my stress.

I think there's something you didn't fully explain there. Did you get a new bra, or change your detergent? Or it might be due to stress, or something like that. If you've been worrying a lot, the skin can react like this anyway. But I'm not sure; maybe it could be something more serious.

The friend who says this irritation happened because of that is using some strange logic! itching usually means either eczema or a fungal infection. We're not to blame for everything; sometimes the body sends these signals on its own. I think it should just be checked directly and solved.
