My pad box in the guest bathroom is in the family group

I think the real issue here isn't that the pet box is in the bathroom or anything like that, but rather that your cousin took it and moved it to the family group. It shows a lack of respect for private space, a pretty passive-aggressive move. Just tell them directly; these kinds of things disguised as 'jokes' are harmful.

And doesn't everyone have a pad box in their bathroom anyway? It's really not something to be exaggerated. Your cousin probably did it as a joke, but if you felt bad about it, I think you need to let them know. Otherwise, next time they'll be even more daring 🙄

Just to be sure, I'm asking, the pads used in that box were being thrown away, right? Or did you put in new pads? Because it wouldn't be hygienic to have used materials in the guest bathrooms 🫠

@mahrembilinc of course I had new pads, I put them out so guests could use them comfortably if they wanted. Just having the box visible became a problem 🙄
