My girlfriend said, "It would be nice if you got a filling."

My girlfriend saw my lips last night and said, "It would be nice if you got a little filler done." The directness of her comment annoyed me a bit, but I'm also wondering if I might be unjustified in feeling that way. Normally, I wouldn't want to, but now I'm seriously considering it. Do you think it's worth it?
